In 2001 although the market in San Diego was reasonable; as a single young E4 with not housing allowance it was hard for me to qualify for a loan. I had to be patient and the Market continued to rise and finally on 2005 I was able to purchase my first condominium in Oceanside. Then 2008 housing bubble happened.
