About Rosalie

Rose has two mottos she lives by “Knowledge is Power” and “Military to Realtor it is still my Honor to Serve YOU!”

As a realtor she has sold and helped buyers of all diverse cultures and helped many see that they are only limited to their knowledge of real estate, and she strives to teach them the market and how they can buy. Helping clients make intelligent real estate investments. If there are credit issues she works with a team of lenders, credit repairs etc. to help clients plan for their day to own their Dream Home. A realtors job is to help you buy your home, often your first home or sell one to move onto the next chapter of your life. For buyers she understands the importance of your investment and wants to make sure you make a good investment that will grow your portfolio, especially in young buyers. For her sellers she will make sure you get the most from your investment by giving as little away as necessary. Your investment is her priority. There are many referrals who will tell you Rose nurtures her clients.

Rose has that New York work ethic which is second to none that will ensure you will be taking care of personally from the beginning, making sure you receive the keys to your new home or close the sale of your home to start the next chapter of your life. Born and raised on Long Island, NY, she joined the Navy and left New York. Started her career with Grumman’s Aerospace on Long Island. She has lived in Southern California for over 40 years and moved from Orange County to San Diego and then in 2006 to Riverside County.

Rose’s education is enormous to list, she holds 2 Masters of Science degrees in E-commerce and Computers and Education. A bachelor’s in human resources and numerous AA degrees. She also managed a large Foreign Exchange program in Southern California placing over 250 students over almost 10 years in which she earned enough travel credits to tour Europe for 3 months and Australia for 3 months in 1992. She loves different cultures and has a deep appreciation that we live in a global society.
