About Tawne

Tawne Markley was born and raised in Palm Springs, a rare desert native, bringing a lifetime of local market knowledge. Additionally, being the daughter of a successful home builder and predominant concrete contractor in the desert gave her a wealth of experience in all aspects of the real estate market.

Tawne received her Bachelor’s in Business Administration from the University of San Diego. She started with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage 1984 and in 1993 earned her Real Estate Broker’s license. By 2004, she opened Desert Premier Properties and in 2015 she merged with Allison James Estates and Homes to bring more power to her already proven track record making her a strong player in the Greater Palm Springs Real Estate market.

Being a native of the Coachella Valley coupled with having over 33 years of business and real estate experience gives Tawne a great advantage in finding the right product for her clients. Her knowledge of the area and her solid networking abilities puts her on the cutting edge in her field.
